Taiwan delegation to explore trade opportunities in South America
This coming March a trade delegation of 55 Taiwanese companies will visit four cities in South America, namely Guayaquil, Lima, Santiago and Sao Paulo, from March 3 to 19. The purpose of this visit is to explore the many trade opportunities in these markets and to forge closer relationships with the local businesses. As in previous occasions, the delegation will be led by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA).
The visiting delegates will showcase a wide range of products that include 3C related products, office sets and supplies, hardware cabinets, valves and valve components, auto parts and accessories, textiles, synthetic leather, PVC sheets, fans and blowers, LED lighting products, RFID products, buttons, homecare products, shower and bathroom accessories, PCB assembly, industrial safety equipment, decorative materials for households, decorative materials for clothing, electrical appliances, polyester and other fabrics, as well as an assortment of highly recommended products from Taiwan.
To attract more potential business partners and increase sourcing prospects, TAITRA will hold a trade meeting in each of the cities mentioned above. Local business people can seize the opportunity to meet with the visiting Taiwanese enterprises by joining any of the following scheduled events:
