Seceding & Expelling
★ Members who do not pay membership fee, attend the member congress and participate in the activities in accordance with the statutes, for two years in a row, will be regarded as seceding from TICa voluntarily.
★If any member (or member representative) violates the laws or the statutes, or does not obey the resolutions made in the member congresses, the directorate can decide to give him/her a warning or to suspend his/her membership temporarily. If the situation of endangering the organization is serious, the member congress can decide to expel him/her.
★Members can and should declare secession from TICa in written form.
