非常感谢君翰老师帮我解除了两年多来我一直藏在内心深处的痛苦，
使我终于可以坦然地面对他及过去的伤害。

我的前男友是我的小学同学，
我们共同拥有许多小时候的美好回忆。

但是，
分手后，每当我一想到他，
就只有负面情绪，就只想到那些伤害，
又几乎每晚都梦见他，这令我这两年来对现任男友充满愧疚。
