Product Description

The project covers 154.13 hectares. Its scope include site preparation works, road engineering, traffic engineering, drainage and sewage systems, pipeline and common duct engineering, park landscaping, scenic embankment and residential housing program. This project will not only satisfy the land requirement of the Science Park Chu-Nan Base, but also provide a good environment for both residential and industrial use. The project improves the public facilities and living service of the area. "Traditional" & "Modern" appear simultaneously as a unique characteristic of this place.
