Appointed by Kao Hsuing City Rapid Transit Bureau to assist and process related tasks for BOT form of the construction, operation on Kao Hsuing’s Red and Orange Line, total of 42.7KM including three main depots of Da-Liao, Chiao-Tou, and Hsiaokang. Also from the view point of engineering and operation, including land development and subsidial business operation, prepare the draft of the BOT contract documents and the request for proposal document (RFP), subsequent bidder’s contract condition negotiation and final contractual negotiation till the signing of the contract. The various tasks including following tasks:

(1) Review of the draft contract on private participating rapid transit project and prepare consultant’s opinion.
(2) Assist the bureau and prepare RFP on the private participating rapid transit (including main line and the      three depots’ technical consultant service and project planning).
(3) Budget plan control.
(4) Program related planning.
(5) Establish quality assurance and quality control program.
(6) Prepare the RFP documents on Independent Verification
     and Validity on rapid transit system including civil construction program.
(7) Provide consulting service on related client required tasks.
